Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Condor account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
